Camako Timesheet Comments By Day adds the possibility to add comments-by-day in the timesheet for MS Project Server Web Access 2010.

With this functionality you can add detailed information about your daily time reporting.

Camako Timesheet Comments by Day allows for timesheet users to comment on a daily basis in the timesheet for MS Project Server Web Access on the tasks on which the resource has reported actual hours. The add-in uses built in timesheet fields to store the comments, so no change to the data structure is necessary.

When on the timesheet page, check the task you want to comment on and then click the “Add Daily Comments” button.

The “Comments By Day” dialog is then shown where the actual hours reported for the tasks are shown as guidance. Enter any comments you may have and click save. The comments are saved to a field in the database and can easily be retrieved.

Note: Comments can only be added to days on which time has been reported.
